Every year Jilapuhn Inc Employees meet at one location for an annual conference to discuss the future of the organization. Each year an employee or employees receive the company’s highest award for most improved and innovative ideas for the success of the corporation. The award is called the Jehova Nissi Award. Jehova Nissi is the Lord God our Banner. The employees that receive this award have demonstrated the abilities to move this company forward.
